Ordering Online:

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

At checkout when it comes time to enter sensitive information we use a secure server for these transactions.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank may limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Return / Refund Policy:

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.  Do not return to us! Keep merchandise, packing material and carton together. Notify UPS, Federal Express, or the Post Office, then notify us.

Should you wish to return an item to us for a refund, it must be returned, at your expense, no later than 2 weeks after you receive the order. Refunds are made on the merchandise only, not on shipping charges. Returned goods must be returned with good packing material and in a sturdy carton. Insure goods for full value.

Should you have ordered an incorrect item and want to exchange it, a $12.00 shipping/restocking fee may apply.

Shipping Information:

Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis and based on weight and distance. International shipping charges are now calculated and charged based on weight and location.

Most items will be shipped within 3-4 days of placing order. Orders paid via check or money order will be delayed until we receive payment. If for some reason this cannot be achieved, we will contact you with an explanation.

NOTE:  Orders being shipped via USPS will ship out twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday.  If you place an order and want to receive it faster then we highly recommend using UPS as they pick up daily.

Shipping Rates are as follows:

Orders Totaling $100+ = Free Ground Shipping

You will have the option to select shipping via USPS or UPS but please be aware that USPS is only shipped out twice a week.  See above for details.

UPS charges are obtained directly from the UPS website and tracking will be available via their website or ours.

Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you by the freight carrier, if any – Please note that International and First Class Mail does not have any tracking numbers (International Shipments do have Customs Numbers that some Countries use as a tracking number – results may vary.).

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Money Orders. Using checks and money orders will delay your order.

We are now accepting PayPal as well.

Orders are typically shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays if you have selected USPS as your shipping option.  UPS picks up daily.

Sales Tax:

6.35% Sales Tax Added for Orders in Connecticut, USA.
